Aaron grew up a multi-sport athlete in the desert of Arizona. As the third of four brothers, he learned from an early age that being big, strong, and fast had huge benefits not only in athletics but also day to day life.

High school years were spent playing basketball, baseball, and football. After high school he began playing rugby at Colorado School of Mines in Golden, CO.

Interested in improving his fitness on the rugby pitch, he starting doing CrossFit workouts he found online. After seeing huge rewards individually, he started implementing similar workouts for the whole team leading them to some of their most successful seasons in school history.

When rugby days came to an end, he decided to actually join a CrossFit gym to stay in shape and fill the competitive void. Although CrossFit has done a great job at fulfilling those initial goals, it didn’t take long for him to realize his favorite part was interacting with the people inside the gym.

Being around others interested in improving their fitness and in an active lifestyle made training more fun (and effective) than it had ever been before. Wanting to help others discover the benefits he had seen led Aaron to get his CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate in March of 2016 and begin coaching soon after. He really enjoys helping people of any age or skill level who are serious about improving their fitness.

Take your weakness and make it your strength.
