I joined Recursive to improve my strength and conditioning, learn more about Olympic lifting, and to do something fun with my girlfriend. It was clear immediately that there’s a very special atmosphere at the gym. Everyone is friendly, positive, and non-judgmental. The coaches are all knowledgeable and down to earth.

After a few months of regular classes (and cleaning up my diet), I can see my health and fitness improving in a lot of positive ways including increased strength and conditioning, increased flexibility, and decreased chronic joint pain from old injuries.
