Drop-Ins/Visitors

We love having visitors drop by! If you find yourself traveling in our area, please stop in and join us for one of our regular CrossFit Classes.

We are located right on the bike path, a block from Monona Terrace. We have a parking lot with space available in the front and side, and easy street parking. There is also parking in the back after 5:00pm (and we have a back door.) We have 3 separate workout spaces available (and they are all air conditioned.)

We have regular CrossFit Classes throughout the week and on Saturday and Sunday. (These are for people with prior CrossFit experience. If you are traveling with a friend that would like to try out this CrossFit thing, join us for one of our R|X Classes below.)

We also offer Recursive Xpress (R|X) Classes which are 30 minute classes (no barbells or prior experience necessary). These are great if you are short on time…but don’t think you won’t still get a great workout in!

Cost for a CrossFit Class is $25 per person per class.
If you would like to pay upfront for multiple classes:
(These are for the same person attending multiple days, not for groups of people.)
2 Classes – $45
3 Classes – $65
4 classes – $85
Unlimited 7 Consecutive Day Pass – $100

IMPORTANT – When purchasing a multi-class pass, be sure to use your “Drop In – X Days” Membership and the blue RESERVE your class time button. Do NOT click the “Drop In ($25) Register” Button – you will get charged again for the class!

Tanks and Shirts are available for $25 each. We also have a variety of other apparel options available.

Cash and Credit/Debit Cards are accepted. Non-refundable and non-transferable.
