Today will be the first day of the month where we are doing our monthly power focus, the power clean. We will be performing 1 clean pull and 1 power clean from the ground. The purpose of the clean pull is to focus on hitting the correct positions as we pull the bar form the ground. After that we will perform 1 power clean adding in the reception of the barbell in a partial squat.

For the WOD we have four 5:00 rounds of a 300 meter row for men and a 250 row for ladies followed by 12 thrusters at the weight you would use for Fran. In the remaining time you will rest. We are going to score your slowest round so make sure you start hard that first round and try to finish each subsequent round as fast or faster than the first!
