Our power movement variation for today is our 3 position power clean. We will be working from the power position (bar at mid to upper thigh), knee (bar a knee cap), and ground. Take the 15:00 minutes to build to a challenging set.

For the WOD we are combining some gymnastics (bodyweight) movements with a monostructural movement (running). Each round will be 5 pistols on one leg, a lap of bear crawling, 5 pistols on the other leg, and then a 200 meter run.
