Join us at 9am next Monday, May 26th for “Murph”. You can choose to do the workout as written, a modified version, or as a Partner/Team WOD.

After the workout we will drink some beverages, grill some food, and enjoy a showing of Lone Survivor (which shows the story of why we do “Murph”.)

Please bring a dish to share and some beverages of your choice (alcoholic or non.)

Please sign up on-line so we can get a count for food. Members, non-members, family, and spectators – all are welcome!
