This Tuesday we are officially opening! Our regular schedule will begin, see our Schedule Page for all the class times.

Weekday classes are scheduled for 6:30am, 9:00am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm (Monday – Thursday only).

Note that there is no 7:30pm Class on Fridays.

Saturday class is scheduled for 10:00am and Open Gym from 11:00am – 1:00pm.

Sunday class is schedule for 12:00pm and Open Gym from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.

Weekday daytime classes will require sign up beforehand. (We still have a lot of work to do and we want to be sure we can schedule everything we need to. Classes and members are top priority.)

So, that means if you are planning to come to the 6:30am class, you will need to sign up for that class by 9:00pm the night before. 

If no one has signed up for the 6:30am class by 9:00pm the night before, we will not be at the gym.

For the 9:00am and 12:00pm classes, please sign up at least 2 hours before class.

If you sign up for a class, please be sure to attend that class. Someone is on site most of the time, but if we need to run errands, schedule deliveries, etc., we need to know what time frames we have available.

To sign up for a class, go to the Schedule Page, click on the class you want to sign up for, click the blue Log In Now button, if you have an account, sign in using your email address and password, if you don’t have an account yet, click Sign Up Now to create an account. Contact us if you have any questions about or problems signing up for classes.
