image1 (2)Besides the obvious fact that it is amazing(!), I saw a post about the New You 6 week challenge and I thought it gave me a good reason to try something totally out of my comfort zone. I loved it so much here that I have stayed past my 6 week challenge. Which btw was hard but super fantastic!

I love the people. After the challenge ended, I was nervous about joining the regular classes but it’s been an easy transition since the coaches are all great as well as everybody being nice and welcoming.

My favorite thing so far are doing handstands! That may be because it’s one of the few things I’ve done since starting CrossFit that comes easy to me.

The biggest accomplishment since starting would have to be finishing the New You Challenge.  It was one of the hardest things I’ve done! I’m so proud of myself and all the amazing ladies who completed the challenge!

I hope to add to my accomplishments double unders and a handstand push-up!!
