50 “Clusters” for time 155/105

Since it is the last Monday of the month we are going to re-test our 1RM bench press! The goal here is to attempt hitting a new PR by at least 5 pounds on set 4 and then go for more on set 5! Do not attempt a rep at your old PR.

Today’s WOD we are fusing together a clean and a thruster with “clusters!” Each rep will start with the bar on the ground and you will perform a full clean (ideally pass below a parallel squat) and then proceed to thrust the bar over head.

We are going for 50 repetitions with a 7:00 time cap…pace yourself as each of these reps should be heavy!
