For today’s strength portion, we are going to do sets of 10 deadlifts. These are relatively large working sets so make sure to stay focused on keeping that bar close and maintaining good posture!

For the WOD we have a nice couplet consisting of rope climbs and floor presses (think bench press buy lying on the floor). Don’t worry if you have not done a rope climb before or do currently have rope climbs, we will have great scaling options available! Each round will consist of 3 rope climbs or a suitable substitute, and then you will complete as many floor presses as possible in the remaining time.
