Running Endurance/Train for a Race

Let us help you train for that next Running Race or Event!

Three times a week for 12 weeks we will train for running a race or event – any of the 5k or 10k runs, half marathons, full marathons, Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Dirty Girl and more!

The running season is definitely here! You can be signed up or training for any event to benefit from the group running training.

Over the course of this 12 weeks you will ramp up your mileage and your speed to get you ready for the big day. You will also learn about pre-race and race day fueling – including fueling strategy for those longer 1/2 and Full Marathons.

Running together is more fun than running alone AND you’ll have great accountability – let’s face it, we all could train on our own, but we don’t. And even if you do, maybe you don’t push yourself hard enough. There’s power in a group in helping you achieve your goals.

The program includes 3 runs per week. We’ll run from Recursive on Monday and Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday morning (to be determined by the class.)  Monday won’t be an official run, but the group can still meet and run together. If that day doesn’t work, you can run the recommended mileage on your own a different day.

The days and times are set up so that you can still do your regular CrossFit workouts. The running mileage shouldn’t be too much to interfere with your other training.

We’ll talk about what a tempo run means as we get started. And we’ll talk about about what to wear, how to fuel beforehand and on race day, how to prepare mentally, how to pace, and so much more!

Cost for the class is $150 for 12 weeks
Cost with a regular monthly Membership is $75 for 12 weeks
