Then:
5 Rounds Each, Alternating athletes
5 Pull Ups
5 Push Ups
5 Ring Dips
5 Jumping Air Squats
5 Burpees
Then:
50 Calorie Row

Pick a Partner. Split the Row any way you’d like. Then each partner will do 5 rounds, alternating athletes. One person rests while the other works.

We have a small amount of ring dips in the workout today – this is a great time to work on them! Try and do them strict, or you can kip them. You can scale by doing Ring Push Ups today as well., as suggested in the CrossFit Journal.

“Like the ring row in relation to pull-ups, transitioning from horizontal to vertical is a good way to develop the dip as well. With the ring push-up, you can more easily adjust the difficulty, but you still experience the challenge of supporting yourself on the rings.”
