In teams of 3-4:
For max reps at each station in 5 Minutes
Toes to Bar
Calories on the Rower
Rope Climbs
Box Jumps
Burpees
Prowler Pushes (Length of Gym)

Each team picks a single movement to do for the entire 5 minutes. One person works while the others rest. Accumulate as many reps as possible. The class rotates through all of the movements so that each team does each movement for 5 minutes once. (Set up like Fight Gone Bad.)

We only have 2 Prowlers, but with teams of 3-4 and 6 different movements, we should be able to get everyone a chance on the prowler. If more than 18 people in class, make teams of 4.
