Membership Options

Getting Started
Before you begin, we encourage you to schedule a No Sweat Intro so you can meet staff, tour the gym, and decide what is the best way for you to get started.

Once you’re ready to take the plunge, you’ll either enroll in Personal Training or in one of our Small Group Foundations Classes so you can learn the movements you’ll be using. (If you’re already an experienced CrossFitter, please let us know in case you want to test out instead.) This will keep you safe and ensure you get the most out of your lifts.

Graduating from Foundations, you can choose any monthly membership option that best fits your needs and budget. No long-term contracts here! We’re open and plan unique workouts 7 days a week so only pay for how often you plan to come and not a cent more.

Hybrid Monthly Memberships (Group Classes plus Personal Training)

Add on 60 Minutes of Personal Training per Month – $65/month

  • Add some Personal Training time to your regular, monthly membership
  • Any combo of 30 and 60 minute sessions as needed throughout the month
  • Recommended for seasoned athletes to ensure continual skill development and improvement

Add on 120 Minutes of Personal Training per Month – $119/month

  • Add some Personal Training time to your regular, monthly membership
  • Any combo of 30 and 60 minute sessions as needed throughout the month
  • Recommended for 1-3 months for new athletes coming out of Foundations to continue to develop skills

Monthly CrossFit Memberships

Unlimited CrossFit Classes – $185/month

  • Unlimited CrossFit classes

Up to 3x per Week or up to 13x per Month CrossFit Classes – $160/month

  • Up to 3 CrossFit classes a week (Sunday – Saturday) or up to 13 CrossFit classes per month (calendar month)

Monthly Recursive Xpress (R|X) Memberships

4+ R|X Classes per Week – $140/month

  • Unlimited Recursive Xpress classes a week

3 R|X Classes per Week – $120/month

  • Up to 3 Recursive Xpress classes a week
  • Free special events
  • Member discount on specialty classes

2 R|X Classes per Week – $90/month

Punch Cards

12 CrossFit Class Punch Card – $215

Small Group Foundations Session – $165

Required by every new CrossFitter, Foundations Classes teach you the key CrossFit movements you’ll need to know before becoming a full-time member.

Personal Training
There are several options available for personal, one on one training. Whether you are more comfortable in that setting, your schedule is crazy because of your work or travels, or you need some additional help on a specific skill outside of regular classes, we can help you.

  • Personal Training 10-Pack – $650
  • 30 Minute Private Skill Session – $40
  • 60 Minute Private Skill Session – $70
  • 4 Personal Training Sessions per month + 3 Travel Workouts each week – $279/month

Specialty Classes
We regularly offer additional classes, at an additional cost,  that focus on areas like Olympic lifting, strength training, endurance, mobility, and rowing or running. Each class is led by a trainer who specializes in that area. See class descriptions for more details on each class.

Discounted Memberships
Check out these others ways you can save. These discounts cannot be combined with other offers and are valid only for the monthly membership options. Foundations Classes are not included.

  • Those who pay up to 6 months membership up-front (non-transferable or refundable)
  • Contact your healthcare provider to see if flex-spending may cover part of your membership

Drop-Ins
Visiting from another affiliate? Well come on in! Please let us know in advance and plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out waivers.
Cost for the class is $25 per person per class.
If you would like to pay upfront for multiple classes:
2 Classes – $45
3 Classes – $65
4 classes – $85
Unlimited 7 Consecutive Day Pass – $100

Details
Memberships are automatically billed on the first of the month, every month and are pro-rated if you start mid-month. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations
There are no long-term contracts, however, if you would like to cancel your membership, please notify us at least 15 days before your next membership due date. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
