The 2018 CrossFit Open is getting close! Today we are going to tackle two workouts from 2012. First we will work through 12.3. Pacing is the name of the game in this workout. Make sure early on you are breaking up the sets of push press and toes to bar because those will fade quickly in those later rounds.

After that, we will rest for 10:00 and then take on 12.1 which is (just) 7:00 of burpees. This is the only Open workout ever that is just one movement. This is a mental toughness workout. You are able to keep moving but will you?
