Today we will tackle the CrossFit Open workout 14.3. This is a 8:00 AMRAP which may seem short but this is an extremely taxing workout. The combination of high rep and heavy deadlifts will fatigue your central nervous system.

We will make sure we really warm up your low back and hamstrings in preparation for this one. As always, safety first! This means scale the weight as needed as it gets heavy quickly and no rounding of the back.
