Open Workout 11.1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double-unders
15 Power snatches 75/55

This is a relatively short workout so we will spend some time in the beginning of class working on double under efficiency and cycling of relatively light snatch weight. The key with the barbell is to make sure you are not just lifting with your back. Make sure you bend your knees in the set up position! This workout is also a great opportunity to discuss strategy and pacing (i.e. breaking up sets early and often), which we will do in class.
