We are going to establish our baseline weight (1RM) for our monthly strength focus for March, the Deadlift. We will put 20:00 on the clock after we adequately warm up for this to find our max. We will revisit this at the end of the month to test how much we have improved.

For the WOD, we are doing two mini WODs of 3 rounds each. The purpose here is to improve upon our double unders and aggressive hip extension for the kettlebell swings.
