We are introducing a new(ish) movement for our strength portion today, the sumo deadlift. The sumo deadlift is a great movement to improve our overall strength in the conventional deadlift. Some people prefer the sumo variation over the conventional version and vice-versa. You be the judge!

For our WOD we have a nice pull/ push couplet consisting of the Sumo Deadlift High Pull and Push Press. This workout should be done at a sprint pace so attack it right from the start!
