Overhead Squat (115/75)
Toes to Bar

If the power segment of today’s WOD appears similar to something we have done before, that’s because it is identical to last week! This will give you an opportunity to try to improve upon the progress you made, whether it is technique, consistency, or increasing the weights.

For the WOD portion, we have a couplet of overhead squats and toes to bar. There are not a ton of reps but both of these movements are ones in which you can reach a level of fatigue and failure pretty quickly.

Make sure you break up the sets as necessary. If the kipping toes to bar are not in your wheelhouse, make sure you come to class tomorrow where we will focus on how to efficiency string those together.

Focus on full range of motion for each overhead squat and choose a weight that is moderate (i.e. you may be able to go unbroken but it is a challenge).
