10 Bar Over Burpees

Since we are wrapping up the monthly focuses, we are going to go for a 1RM snatch today! The caveat here is that we are looking for consistent good technique.

As the weight increases with snatches, folks to tend to have a breakdown in technique. Work towards a maximum weight in which you can still maintain that good technique that we have been working on all month.

It may not be an absolute 1RM with some crazy foot work and a press out but maintaining that form will pay dividends in the long run!

Our WOD today is a nice 8:00 couplet of deadlifts and bar over burpees. This workout should burn the lungs a little bit as the weight should be moderate (each set should be unbroken) and we can consistently move through those bar over burpees. Start fast and maintain is the name of the game!
