It is a full day of snatching – this is going to be so much fun! We’re nearing the end of the month and will be testing our new one rep max soon.

We’ll go through some good shoulder and hip mobility and then the Snatch Barbell Warm Up to make sure we are dialed into the Snatch technique.

We are then going to take on another past Open workout. I remember doing this one a few months after starting CrossFit. It was amazing to watch people work (and fail) at rep after rep as the weight increased. Many people surprised themselves by getting a new one rep max because of this workout. I was inspired by others that spent so much time, failed rep after failed rep as the clock clicked away.

The Snatches for the power portion will be Power Snatches. The Snatches for the workout can be Power or Squat Snatches.
