Two Week At-Home Challenge

Have you been curious about CrossFit but are nervous that you aren’t in shape enough to get started? Well…we have introduced a two week, at home challenge just for you! You can start your fitness journey right from the comfort of your own home!

You don’t need any special equipment, just a “get after it” attitude. If you get through these workouts, no matter how fast or slow – you are more than ready to join a CrossFit class. So go ahead, give it a try!

CrossFit really is for anyone, and we’ll prove it to you. Any movement we do can be modified for each person’s needs. Each day, you will receive an email with the daily workout and a video that will walk you through each of the movements.

At the end of the 2 weeks, you’ll schedule a No Sweat Intro and come into the gym and tell us all about it!
