Double Unders

If you have double unders, do 100 for time, then work on triple unders



WOD:
4 Rounds
4 minutes of Rowing for Calories
4 minutes of Burpees

We are going to spend a bit of quality time with our jump rope today. We’ll go through the jump rope warm up and then we’ll put 5 minutes on the clock for you to spend on accumulating as many double unders as possible. Once you get to 100, spend the rest of the time working on triple unders. (Yes – you read that right!) Triple Unders show up more and more on the CrossFit Main site.

Then you will partner up (I suggest picking a partner solely based on foot size/rower foot strap position.) One person will row while the other does burpees. Then switch.

Score is total number of calories rowed plus burpees completed.
