We’ll start the hour with some double under work. Maybe you are working to get that first one, maybe you concentrate on stringing them together, maybe you work to make them more efficient. Your Coach will help you out in class today.

Does this workout look familiar? It’s Filthy Fifty – but with a twist. Today you can do the movements in any order that you would like! But you must complete all of the reps of each movement before moving on to the next movements.

You get to strategize for yourself today – some athletes like that, some don’t – the workout is in your hands!

You may want to tackle some of the movements that are more challenging for you first. You may want to alternate a difficult one and an easier one for you. Just promise me that you won’t save the suckiest one for last hoping that the time will run out. Pinky swear!
