Today we are going to cover the fundamentals and introduce our skill of the month which are handstands. The purpose of the progression we will be going over is to ensure we are in the proper position while inverted and also feel comfortable while upside down.

The WOD today is meant to be more ‘aerobic’ in nature meaning that you should be able to keep a consistent pace and will not get bottlenecked on any one particular movement.
