CFR picI initially chose Recursive because it was the closest to me.  My first class Coach Dirk was immediately telling me how I could improve on my front squats (I wasn’t getting low enough, elbows needed to be higher, etc.) and I wanted that type of coaching. I was hooked.

The community/camaraderie is the thing I like best. When I work out I know I’ll be with a handful of friends and probably meet a couple new people too.

My goal right now is trying to beat Coach Aaron Troyer in a workout. I almost got him the other day (4 minute AMRAP of 8 power cleans and 6 box – over burpees). I’ll get him someday.
