8 Sets: 2 Split Drops; 2 Jump to Splits

Building from what we covered on Tuesday, today we are adding a bit of load on the barbell and working more chest and footwork. For one set you will perform 2 split drops immediately followed by 2 jump to splits. Coaches will go over the movements, making sure you know how to perform them correctly and what the differences are. Key for these is to dial in the correct foot placement, maintain tension to receive the land in a spit position, and reinforce keeping your torso upright during the initial dip drive. Go light on these to start and only get heavier if your torso and feet are perfect in previous sets. 
Last but not least to finish out the week we will handle a little 5 round med ball triplet. Try to space rests between completed rounds to work on consistent intensity throughout the entire three movements. And most importantly, have a great weekend!
