Time to take your new split jerk PR and mix it up with some squat cleans. Generally speaking, an athlete shouldn’t be missing/failing a clean/jerk at the jerk stage. Throwing in squat cleans will give you a better sense of split jerks under fatigue rather than taking them fresh from the rig. We’ll be working up to heavy singles today so keep that technique crisp and consistent.
