Almost, but not quite, Fight Gone Bad. Same concept we’ve just swapped out American Kettlebell Swings for the Sumo Deadlift High Pulls. Up to 8 people per station, rotate through every minute, the clock does not stop. Every takes their minute rest at the same time after completion of all 5 work stations. 17 minutes total.
