“Dice of Death”
AMRAP 25
1 – 400m Run
2 – 20 Partner med ball squats (5 burpee penalty if the ball falls out)
3 – 40 Partner med ball situps
4 – 20 Partner med ball tosses
5 – 10 Partner handshake pushups
6 – Give 10 burpees to a team of your choice.  You rest while they work.
