The single leg KB Romanian deadlift is another multi-faceted tool and accessory lift for the deadlift. Working balance, coordination, mobility (them hamstrings tho…), and strength, this will be challenging in different ways for different people. 

After that our triplet will focus a lot on explosive power today with the power snatches and plyo plate push-ups and overhead position strength work with the overhead squats. If you need, break up the reps into sets that can keep your intensity for each rep, the focus is to maintain that strong position and explosive power throughout the WOD.

As you start to fatigue, keep reminding yourself active shoulders for the OHS and getting underneath the bar after you extend for the power snatch (no tired partial snatches to overhead press, land with arms locked out and active!).
