Today we are looking at 10 rounds so that’s a big mental hurdle right there. Just showing up today is a victory!
We are going to start out with a sprint, just 200 meters but thats enough to get us winded and the heart rate way up.
Next up we will power through 10 good air squats. heels down, chest up, below parallel at the bottom and hips all the way locked out at the top.
After that we will power through 5 burpees, guaranteed to get the heart rate back up, just in case you managed to get it under control.
Last but definitely not least, we need to go inverted. Focus, control your breathing and keep that midline rock solid.
