Any way you’d like, accumulate:
2000m Row
1600m Run
250 Double Unders
100 Burpees

We are going to work on our double unders today! Let’s retest the work we did on the first of the month (doesn’t that seem like so long ago…) We’ll put 6 minutes on the clock and if you are proficient at double unders, you will knock out 100 and then try working on some triple unders. Mark your time and go back and compare that to the beginning of the month. If you don’t get through all 100, how many did you get through? Was it better than at the beginning of the month? That’s cause for celebration – ring the bell and mark it on the whiteboard!

Then, we have a bunch of work to get through, and you get to choose how you do it! Some people really like making their own plan based on their strengths and weaknesses, others are much more comfortable being told exactly what to do.

Choose how you want to accumulate 2000m Row, 1600m Run, 250 Double Unders, and 100 Burpees. Most likely you’ll want to break them up in some way. Be careful not to spend too much time in transitions though!
