The 28 Day challenge was a much needed reset when I felt like my relationship with food was becoming unhealthy, not atypical for the holiday season.
I know how to be healthy and what that looks like; however, it’s hard to do when life gets busy and there’s no one but yourself watching. With the challenge there was an additional level of accountability from engaging with the coaches and other participants which helped me focus on making healthy choices.
I typically have issues with portion control so having the special containers to help keep me in-line was really helpful. By completing the challenge I was able to rebuild the routines necessary to make the lifestyle changes last through the challenge and beyond. I would definitely recommend the 28 day challenge to anyone looking to get fit in a healthy way.
