My daughter and her boyfriend gifted the training class to me. I was excited about the opportunity. Initially, I was concerned that I had not adequately prepared my muscles/joints in the weeks ahead of starting the personal training experience.
What made you choose Recursive for your fitness needs/goals?
My daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed CrossFit training. After doing some research, knowing how much I liked to exercise, and being aware of some post concussion issues that I had, they determined that the Recursive experience would be good for me.
What is the biggest thing you’ve learned at the gym?
How precisely one needs to maintain proper form during each exercise to achieve the maximum desired result. Also, lots of good stretching, strengthening, and balancing exercises.
What are you most proud of so far?
Attitude and effort. I hope that I demonstrated how much I was enjoying myself during the entire training experience.
What’s your favorite gym memory so far?
I very much liked working with the multicolored bands on the wall. I really enjoyed the intensity of tabata training.
