Purpose of the Workout:
For our power accessory movement today, we are going to be doing the Shankle Complex! This is a fun combination of movements meant to improve your clean and jerk. It is named after the lifter, Donny Shankle, who is a 5 time national champion weightlifter.

For the WOD, we have our classic thruster and pull up combination with a twist! The twist is that after each set of thrusters and pull ups we will be doing a 200 meter run. This workout is designed to be completed quickly so make sure to keep that intensity up throughout.
