5 Attempts:Triple Jump For Max Distance

WOD:
12:00 AMRAP
1 Hang (Squat) Clean + Push Press/ Jerk
5 Box Jumps
2 Hang Cleans + Push Presses/ Jerks
Etc…

Purpose of the Workout:
Our power portion today is going to consist of 5 attempts to get a max distance triple jump. After a proper warm up and a few practice runs, we will test and measure how far we can travel  with a standing triple jump (See video). This is a great test of our double and single leg jumping power/ explosiveness.

Our WOD today is an ascending ladder of hang cleans +push press/ jerks with box jumps after each set. These are all hip dominant movements so make sure to actually use them!
