Purpose of the Workout:
Today we have a double met-con with a jumping focus! Our first 12:00 AMRAP is a couplet of power snatches and box jump overs. Our second 12:00 AMRAP is a triplet of barbell hang power cleans, USA Kettlebell Swings, and lateral bar jump overs. All 5 of these movements are hip-centric with some jumping component.
