Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s power portion is going to feature a drill to improve our split jerk, the “jerk balance.” The purpose of this is to increase stability in the split position and also teach us to move the body forward underneath the bar during the actual split motion.

Our WOD today is a pretty traditional CrossFit triplet. The goal here is to move consistently for the whole 10:00 and finish the week out strong!
