Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s secondary power movement is the split press. This is more of a strength movement but is intended to improve our split jerk.

Our WOD today is centered around sets of 50 double unders. Each round will be able to be done relatively fast so try to go unbroken on each movement and maintain the accuracy of the double unders as we fatigue.
