Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of todays WOD is to have the chance to practice and execute the kettlebell snatch, a variation of our power focus of the month. The kettlebell snatch is, in many ways, just as technical as the barbell snatch and still requires the same amount of explosion and hip-generated power. This WOD is also going to allow us to practice our kip in the form of kipping pull ups which is also a hip dominate technical movement.
