Purpose of the Workout:
Today we are going to be working on fine tuning the positioning of our body and bar in relation to the power snatch. The 3-position snatch we have today will allow us to add on a little bit more of the lift with each progression. We want to build to a challenging weight but not so heavy that we are getting sloppy at all.

The purpose of our WOD today is to truly go out each round at 100% speed and effort. Each round is 1:00 and will start with 10 bar over burpees followed by as many power snatches you can do in the remaining time. In order to get any, we are going to have to move fast on these burpees!
