Run 800 Meters
Max (Full or Squat) Cleans

Purpose of the Workout:
Today’s WOD is designed to force us to perform consecutive reps of the clean while in a state of fatigue due to the fact that we need to push ourselves on the run. Each round is 5:00 in length and will begin with an 800 meter buy-in. Any time remaining will be spent repping out as many squat cleans as we can. The difficult part of this WOD will be pacing the run so that we have ample time to accumulate reps but not going so hard that it is detrimental to the clean portion.
