Purpose of the Workout:
The purpose of our power portion today is to work on positioning and postural strength in regards to our clean. The pause at the knee will allow us to check our position and weight distribution with our feet and build up strength through our back that is necessary for heavy cleans.

The second part of our WOD today is an atypical triplet of overhead plate lunges, farmers carries, and bear crawls. Our objective here is to move consistently for the whole 15:00 at a steady pace!
