Purpose of the Workout:
Today we are doing “Fran.” This is not a typo and there are no omissions of other parts of the WOD today. I’m sure some of you are thinking “That’s it? Just Fran?” Yes, that’s it! The purpose of this is to be able to spend ample time on warming up, prepping your nervous center, practicing virtuous movement standards in the thruster and pull up, and to attack this workout at the intensity it should be performed at. If performed at the intended intensity, you will be perfectly content with doing 4:00-8:00 of work for the day.
