Purpose of the Workout:
Wrapping up May, we are going to finish off with a 20:00 portion dedicated to finding our 1RM clean. The goal here is to go as heavy as possible which means we should fail on some attempts.

Our WOD today is a fast and furious 9:00 one. You will start with a 400 meter run and then rep out as many deadlifts as possible. Once the clock hits 3:00, you will go out for another 400 meter run. The goal here is to accumulate as many deadlifts as you can.
