Every Minute On The Minute For 20 Rounds:
Start at 95/65 or 135/85 and add 10 lbs total the first 5 rounds and 5lbs thereafter until you fail twice in a row.
Once you fail, drop weight by 20-30lbs and perform 1 rep until round 20.

Purpose of the Workout:
Our monthly power test for October is going to be a fun power clean ladder. We will retest this at the end of the month to see how much we improved. The purpose with this test is to get as far as we can with a relatively short rest period considering we are reaching our max weight.

Our WOD today is a heavy version of “Fran” with less reps and a 200 meter run after each set (meaning the workout finished with a 200 meter run after the round of 9). Pick a weight on the barbell slightly heavier than you would use for Fran and challenge yourself to get your chest to the bar on the pull ups!
