NEW YEAR'S JUMP START PROGRAM

 

Are you ready to make 2020 YOUR year?!?!


JUMP START the new year with an all-inclusive 12 Week Program – STRENGTH, CARDIO, and NUTRITION. Perfect for off-season athletes, those new to CrossFit, or those looking for a jump start to their fitness in 2020!

Each class is 60 minutes long and will include: Warm Up/Mobility, Movement Teaching, Strength Portion, and Cardio Finisher. And a One-on-One Nutrition Consult is included (scheduled separately from classes.)

Choose Monday/Wednesday at 6:00am OR Tuesday/Thursday at 6:30pm. Cost is $159/month for 3 months. Classes start the week of January 27th, 2020.

No prior experience necessary. We will teach you all of the movements you need to know for each class. After successfully completing this 12 week program, you are welcome to join our regular CrossFit classes to continue your fitness journey (without having to go through our Foundations Program.)
