Purpose of the Workout:
To get today started, we are going to do some core work! We have 3 different movements we will cycle through in our circuit with the objective being to hold or move for as long as you can out of the 1:00.

For our strength biased WOD today, we are pairing squats and heavy clean and jerks. Each minute of each round we will have to buy in with the squats and then use anytime remaining in that minute to perform as many clean and jerks as possible. We will have to go fast on those squats and then immediately compose ourselves to get right on that heavy barbell!
